Director of Fundraising & Communications - c.£55K - Nr Salisbury, Wiltshire Our client gives hope to the poorest children in the world, those who are orphaned, abandoned or vulnerable, by enabling them to grow up within the love of a family.  They seek an experienced Fundraising & Communications Director to lead and manage the fundraising & communications team.  Key responsibilities include achieving income targets, developing a fundraising & communications strategy and contribute to the planning, policy, development and operational management of the charity.

Community Fundraising Manager - up to £28K - Guildford (Surrey) or Home Based Our client, a Surrey based children's charity, seeks an exceptional person to be responsible for prospecting, developing & managing new & existing community contacts to meet annual financial targets.  You will work as a member of the Community Fundraising Team identifying opportunities, sharing contacts, supporting the organisation events and initiatives to build sustainable income and productive relationships. As a Community Fundraiser you will identify and motivate community groups, clubs, schools and local businesses whose fundraising activities will make a very real difference to the charity's work. The annual targets you will need to meet are challenging, but will present an opportunity to grow, develop and manage new as well as existing supporters.

Development & Fundraising Manager - Up to £40K - Andover  Our charity client seeks an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead on the development of the Fundraising Strategy in consultation with the External Affairs Director and translate the strategy into targeted and effective operational plans and to provide the leadership that inspires the fundraising team and volunteers to excel.  Strategic planning and management skills are essential for this role.

Chief Executive (P/T) - £45K - £50K pro rata - Southampton Our medical charity client is seeking a part time (3 days pw) CEO to oversee the running and continued development of the charity and have overall responsibility for achieving the fundraising targets year-on-year. With exceptional leadership & management skills, you will possess an understanding of charity governance & legal requirements, as well as a sound financial, operating, HR & project development background. Closing date 31.12.08

Head of Fundraising - up to £35K - Southampton  Our Southampton based medical charity client is seeking an exceptional Head of Fundraising to secure the optimum amount of funding for the charity through raising its profile and level of public and corporate support.  With a proven ability to raise funds and full appreciation of the accountabilities of a charity to its donors, supporters and volunteers, you will have strong leadership and staff management skills and the self confidence and ability to inspire it in others. Closing date 31.12.08

Administration Manager - £25K - Southampton - Our Southampton based medical charity client is looking for a first class Admin Manager to take responsibility of the smooth day-to-day running of the office, assist with fundraising events, and maintain exemplary accounting and financial records.   A working knowledge of SAGE is essential for this role as well as experience of working with the public and/or volunteers.  Knowledge of Health and Safety is preferred, or a willingness to learn, as is a charity background. Closing date 31.12.08

P/T Sales & Admin Manager - £25K-£30K - Southampton Our client is a major supplier of organic grains to the UK.  They require an experienced sales & admin manager to support the CEO in the growth & development of the business.  A background in sales is preferred & knowledge of SAGE an advantage.  Excellent numeracy , organisation & communications skills essential as is strong IT skills.  20 hours per week over 5 days.  Closing date 02.01.08

P/T Marketing Services Executive - c.£27K pro rata - Larkhill, Wiltshire  Our Wiltshire based charity client is seeking a part-time Marketing Executive to join the friendly and close-knit team based near Salisbury, to communicate the company’s message and news through internal publications and to promote learning programmes. Finance / HR Manager - c.£27K - Larkhill, Wiltshire.  Our Wiltshire based client is a leading work-based training company, with charitable status, which specialises in providing vocational and academic qualifications to Royal Artillery personnel throughout the World.  They are seeking a Finance and HR Manager to join the friendly and close-knit team based near Salisbury, to manage the accounts and HR processes of its 50+ staff.  AT INTERVIEW STAGE
