own advertisement, you may only have one chance to get it
right. If you do not attract the correct calibre from your
advertisement,
you will need to rethink and start from scratch, and that means even
more time and expense. At PAS, we will not only take care of the
advertising for you, but will also search our extensive candidate
database. Most importantly, we will continue searching until we have a
suitable shortlist.

–The interviews

Your
advertisement might attract 10 or 200 CVs, so it could take a
considerable amount of your time to choose who to interview. At
PAS, however, we will read through all CVs and then interview those
potential candidates face-to-face, before submitting our shortlist to
you.

– Post interviews

- Make offer to chosen candidate
- Take up references
- Arrange training for new employee

You ’ve
offered the job to the best of those you have seen, yet you are
not 100%certain that they will actually fit in. But you really don ’t
have
the time to go through the whole process again. Your new person
starts, you put them through the expense of training & induction and 6
months down the line, they leave. The PAS process of screening will
substantially reduce the risk of this happening.
