Jenny Warner FREC/FIRP - Managing Director & Executive Recruiter
 

Jenny Warner, whose background and experience encompasses over 20 years in the  recruitment industry, heads up PAS Recruitment Consultants. Throughout her career, Jenny has helped clients to find senior personnel both through executive search and advertising selection. Currently, Jenny specialises in handling assignments for executive roles such as Charity Chief Executive and Director level appointments.  Jenny demonstrated her business acumen whilst managing her previous recruitment company, which won the Business Link Wessex Small Business of the Year Award in 2003. In the same year she was chosen as a finalist in the Wessex Business Woman of the Year Awards.  

 

As a long-standing and active member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Jenny has been awarded a Fellowship, in recognition of her professionalism and dedication to the recruitment industry. Jenny has volunteered for several not-for-profit organisations, including the Samaritans, Magpie 4C and Emmaus Hampshire.

Chloe Lewis - Senior Consultant

Chloe Lewis joined PAS Consultants in 2008, bringing with her many years' recruitment experience, ranging from executive search, director and senior level accountancy and finance.  Her earlier career included work in the Media and Education.  At PAS Consultants, Chloe concentrates on senior management and director level posts and enjoys providing a high level of personal service in assisting charity clients to recruit dedicated charity professionals who have a proven track record of success.

Chloe takes an active involvement in voluntary work including, after graduating, spending 6 months in the Philippines studying the debt crisis and its impact on health for an NGO at Manila University.  More recently she has been Membership Secretary for her local National Childbirth Trust, involved in fundraising for Soldiers, Sailors Airmen Families Association (SSAFA) and other military charities and enjoys taking part in various sponsored sporting events.

   

 Emma Dennis - Recruitment Consultant

Emma Dennis joined PAS in October 2009 and brings with her 6 years experience within the industry recruiting for a range of skill sets including all types of office support, human resources, marketing and senior management. She has attended and been a member of prominent local networking groups and having managed a recruitment business for a large part of her career has the skills and experience to pick up a variety of projects.

Emma regularly supports local and national charities such as Barnardo's and Naomi House Children's Hospice.  She is passionate about her chosen career and is delighted to be able to use her skills to benefit such a rewarding sector.

 

   

 George Reed - Recruitment Consultant

George joined P.A.S Charity Recruitment recently, bringing seven years experience within the Recruitment Sector.  Having recruited across a wide spectrum, including Chief Executives, CEO’s, Chief Financial Officers and Managing Directors, he has assisted a wide range of clients within a number of different sectors finding high calibre staff.  This has included companies within the FTSE 100, Oil and Gas, Retail, FMCG and Banking fields.  Having worked in Surrey, London and Hampshire, he has had exposure to a variety of different recruitment campaigns and candidate attraction methodologies.  George is an enthusiastic and ethical recruiter.

George has been involved with raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and is looking forward to lending his support to further charity events in 2010.
