Director - Jenny Warner FREC
Jenny
Warner, whose background and experience encompasses over 20
years in the recruitment industry, heads up PAS Recruitment
Consultants. Throughout her career, Jenny has helped clients to
find senior personnel both through executive search and
advertising selection. She has also managed secretarial,
administrative and childcare recruitment organisations, and has
recruited banking staff for major City banks.
Jenny demonstrated her business
acumen whilst managing her previous recruitment company, which
won the Business Link Wessex Small Business of the Year Award in
2003. In the same year she was chosen as a finalist in the
Wessex Business Woman of the Year Awards.
As a long-standing and
active member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Jenny
has been awarded Fellowship of the REC in recognition of her
professionalism and dedication to the recruitment industry.
Jenny has also volunteered for
several not-for-profit organisations, including the Samaritans, and is
currently a voluntary committee member for a local charity.
Director - Michael
Warner FCA

For over 25 years Michael Warner was the
senior partner of a Hampshire-based chartered accountancy practice,
with specific responsibilities as the partner in charge of
recruitment and training.
One of Michael’s main specialist areas has
been the charities sector, both as an auditor and a trustee. From 1980
to 2004, he was the Chair of Trustees of Southampton Counselling Ltd, an
affiliate of Westminster Pastoral Foundation.
Apart from his role as Finance Director of
PAS Consultants, Michael acts as an independent advisor to organisations
on strategy, change management and staff development.

Sarah Hendy
Sarah
Hendy brings with her 20 years experience in the commercial sector,
having worked as a Public Relations Officer, Office Manager and
Personal Assistant during this time.
She also brings many years experience as a volunteer in the charity
sector, and is currently a volunteer for Winchester
based charity 'Wells for India'.
Sarah Harrop
With a breadth of experience in
management and administration, Sarah also brings marketing skills to
the team, and has taken up the organisation of the Wessex Charity
Awards.
Sarah’s voluntary interest is
in education, particularly Early Years and Special Educational Needs
provision, and as such has been involved in a number of activities
including building a pre-school and lobbying for recognition of
needs.
Chloe Lewis
Chloe Lewis joins PAS Consultants with six
years recruitment experience, ranging from executive search, PA and
graduate, senior level accountancy and finance.
She takes an active involvement in charity
work, having taken up the role of Membership Secretary for the
National Childbirth Trust and is now increasingly involved in
fundraising activities for Soldiers, Sailors Airmen Families
Association
(SSAFA).
